Delivery and Return Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped via First Class US Mail. If you do not receive your order within 10-days of making your payment, please contact us at: 888-524-3120.

Returns

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your order. If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned to us within 30-days and you will be refunded the full cost, less shipping and handling.

Returns must be made within 30-days. There is no refund for returns made after-30-days of the delivery date.

If the product us being returned to us because of an error made by Appleby Retirement Consulting, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

If the product us being returned to us because of any reason other than an error made by Appleby Retirement Consulting, a 20% restocking fee , and shipping charges will apply.

PowerPoint Presentations and Electronic Items

Shipping

Orders are delivered via e-mail, within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If customization is required, an additional period of 3 to 5 business days is required, depending of the extent of the customization.

If your request is to create a brand-new product, the time of delivery will be negotiated after we receive your order.
